A potential crime weapon, in the shape of a hammer, rests on an old wooden floor at the feet of the world\u2019s greatest detective. In a Gotham City where each day seems darker, a serial killer might be connected to the past of the Dark Knight, who investigates the whole scene, observing and locating clues that only his trained eyes and mind, deductive skills, and sagacity could identify. Presenting a new design, using more credible and utilitarian elements, with a gothic and futuristic tone, the illustrator Rafael Gramp\u00e1 recreated the looks of the greatest protector of Gotham and Iron Studios replicates his art in the statue “Batman by Rafael Gramp\u00e1 – DC Comics series #9 – Art Scale 1\/10”. Iron Studios will also bring a version \u201cBatman by Rafael Gramp\u00e1 Deluxe (signed version) – DC Comics series #9 – Art Scale 1\/10\u201d, an extremely limited edition with only 100 numbered statues signed by Gramp\u00e1 himself.<\/p>\n
Inspired by the art of the award-winning Brazilian comic book artist that received the Academy Awards of the international comic book stories, the Eisner Awards, in the Best Anthology category in 2008, Gramp\u00e1 gives life to a disturbed vision of the Dark Knight in the DC Comics comic book miniseries, Batman: Gargoyle of Gotham, in which he revisits the hero\u2019s origin, diving into the deepest and darkest corners of human nature. Batman makes the definitive choice to kill Bruce Wayne\u2019s identity forever and embraces the hood full-time and will have to deal with a Rogues Gallery that starts to emerge from the bottom of the city, besides dealing with the nature of evil itself, including the evil that hides in the darkness of his own heart, to face what is coming for his city. Created by Bob Kane and Bill Finger in 1939, as a child, Bruce Wayne watched his parents got brutally murdered in the Crime Alley in Gotham City. Traumatized by their deaths, he dedicated his entire life to become the world\u2019s greatest weapon against crime, the Batman! To become the supreme vigilante, the Dark Knight disciplined his mind and body to achieve the apex of mental and physical superiority in his relentless search for justice. Revealed on November 30th, Thursday, on the panel at Ultra Stage at CCXP 2023, and later exhibited on Iron Studios\u2019 booth, now available for Pre-Order worldwide, this new version of the Dark Knight places Rafael Gramp\u00e1 in a select group of artists such as Ivan Reis, Mike Deodato Jr., Raphael Albuquerque, Marcio Takara, Eddy Barrows that worked in partnership with Iron Studios in the creation of incredible collectible statues, an absolute success, desired by collectors worldwide.
