Description
Following the paths of the darkest mystical arts, the supreme mage hovers with his Mantle of Levitation over menaceous tentacles as he casts with his hands the spell of Cyttorak’s Mannerist Bands, an impenetrable and almost indestructible mystical “substance” capable of magically capturing his enemies. Dejected for turning to the dark side, absorbing several interdimensional beings to gain power, with the countenance presenting thin, pale skin and gray pockets around his eyes, his more arrogant and dusheri posture resulted in serious consequences for his reality. Iron Studios brings the statue “Strange Supreme Deluxe- What If…? – Art Scale 1/10” with the alternative version of Doctor Strange of the Earth-199999, from the animated series What If…? (What would happen if…?) produced by Marvel Studios and released on Disney+.
In another reality of the Multiverse, Dr. Stephen Strange also suffered a serious car accident, however, in this world instead of losing the mobility of his hands as a surgeon, this tragic outcome caused the death of his passenger and girlfriend Christine Palmer. Out of sadness and remorse, Stephen traveled the world in search of a way to revive the love of his life and found “The Eye of Agamotto”, cradle of temporal singularity. Here, Strange also saved the Universe of Dormammu, becoming the Supreme Mage and guardian of the Eye of Agamotto, and began studying the manipulation and alteration of timelines to return to the past two years after her death, and save Christine’s life. But no matter how much he tried to change the events of that night, Christine always ended up dying somehow, because her death was an Absolute Point in time, and that made her immutable and unwavering. Without accepting and convinced that he could create a paradox, he began to expand his powers through the absorption of other beings, becoming the Supreme Strange Doctor, but resulting in terrible consequences.
Appearing for the first time as the protagonist of the fourth episode of the animated anthological series of Marvel What If…? and voiced by Benedict Cumberbatch, his interpreter in the MCU films, the look of Strange Supreme, though in darker tones, brings a design closer to his classic version of the comics. Unveiled at Inside Iron Studios Day and available in pre-order, as well as the previously presented statues “Zombie Captain America – What If…? – 1/10 Art Scale”, “Captain Carter – What If…? – 1/10 Art Scale” and the recent “The Watcher – What If…? – Art Scale 1/10” and “Infinity Ultron Deluxe – – What If…? – Art Scale 1/10” from Iron Studios, Strange Supreme adds in the collection derived from the animated series part of Phase Four of the MCU, already with a second season in production scheduled to debut this year.
